I’m sure all of you will get a good run or race in tomorrow prior to beginning your family rituals, fireworks, eating and so forth . . .

I’ve ran a great race, had a great meal and taken a nap … and it’s not even 2 p.m.! Happy Fourth to you as well!

Got rained out in MO for fireworks, but managed an eleven mile hilly run beforehand! Hope yours was fun!
