Races: Ironman World Championships Television and Internet Coverage

The Ironman World Championships will be held this weekend in Kona, Hawaii on October 13th, 2007, starting at 6:45AM Hawaii local time. Although the race is not broadcast live on television, streaming coverage will be available all day long over the Internet.

Television Coverage Schedule
Television coverage of the 2007 Ironman World Championships will be broadcast on December 1st, 2007 from 4:30-6:30PM EST on NBC (National Broadcasting Company) in the United States.

The television coverage is also typically offered for sale on DVD from the producers of the Ironman race at www.ironmandvd.com. You can also order DVDs from past races at the site.

Internet Coverage
Ironmanlive.com will broadcast more than 17 hours of live coverage from the event on October 13th. In past years, the coverage has featured live video, audio and interviews. And once the winners start crossing the finish-line, the coverage will include every finisher crossing the line live. To watch the free coverage of the event, go to www.ironmanlive.com.

  4. I watched NBC’s broadcast of the 2007 Ironman World Championship. The show seems like be added musics and edited. I like that. Does any one of your know where to get this DVD if there is?? I’ve bought 2007 DVD from ironmandvd.com

    Yes, the best place to purchase the coverage of any of the Ironman shows is at http://www.ironmandvd.com . These are the broadcasts shown on NBC with additional features. You can get just about any year, including the current year.
