Both of our coaches have honed their crafts working in person with groups and indivuduals through their practices in Portland and Arizona. As on-line coaches, Coaches Joe and Dean bring their expertise to you wherever you happen to be. We’ll interact with you through e-mail and phone to craft the training plans that you’ll need to reach your goals.
In-person Individual Training Programs
Coach Joe English is available for personal consultation, speaking opportunities and training in the Portland, Oregon area.
Coach Dean Hebert is available for in-person coaching in the Tempe/Phoenix Arizona area. Prices vary depending on the nature of the program or consultation.
Internet Based Coaching Programs
Don’t live in the Portland or Tempe? No problem. Our coaches are available to develop training plans and to act as your personal coach over the Internet. Prices vary depending on the nature of the program or consultation.
Virtual Training Teams
Would you like to follow a training plan for a specific race with a virtual training group? We offer virtual training groups to guide you on your way. These programs are led by Coach Joe English and you’ll have access to a private blog, a group training schedule, and Coach Joe’s individual help throughout the season. Then you’ll get to meet your virtual team-mates on race weekend. This is a fun way to be a part of a team.
Virtual training teams kick-off about 4-6 months before most races. Prices vary depending on the length of the training season from ~$300-500, not including travel or race registration costs.
If you’re interested in being a part of a virtual training group, post a comment on this page. We will post announcements for these programs as they become available.
