London Marathon count-down: T-5 hours!

It’s almost time for the London Marathon. In just about five hours, one of the greatest running fields assembled takes off for the 2008 running of the event. This could be the showdown or all showdowns as Martin Lel squares off with youngster Sammy Wanjiru and American Ryan Hall.

We’re so excited we hardly know what to do.

What’s that you say, you can’t stay up all night watching marathon running on the Internet? Well, don’t worry. When you get up tomorrow morning, you’ll find a complete update here on Running Advice and News.
