Video — Speed work and marathon runners; a match made in Heaven?

It’s time for Episode 11 in our Desert Series on marathon running. This week Coach Joe and Coach Dean sit down next to a running track to expolore the age old question: why do I need to run on a track to get ready for the marathon?
