Video — You’re injured, now what?

This week Coaches Joe and Dean pick up the conversation from a somewhat awkward looking position on a rock next to Runners Pond. From being there, I can tell you that Coach Dean jump up after this shoot to exclaim that his butt was killing him.

Speaking of things killing you, this week we continue talking about injuries. Now we’re going to look at what happens when you actually get injured: what next?
