Coach Dean Hebert, my colleague and friend proudly announces his second year of summer running camps. Read on for more details. Coach Joe
Due to the success and demand of last summer’s camp, Elevate Running Camp will be offered three times this summer… and one is specifically for adults!
This year Elevate Running Camp for the high school level is reserved for the weeks 6/21-26/2010 and a second high school camp 7/5-10/2010. Camp is an extra day longer than last year thanks to the input of last year’s campers!
So time to mark your calendars. Arrive on Monday morning we start in earnest @ noon! We will pack workouts, lectures, games, inside jokes that live on all year, and yes… daily movies (but I promise I’ll keep the documentaries to a minimum… maybe). We are not camping out! We stay in the dorms @ Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona; and eat in their dining facilities on campus.
March is sign-up time!
[The first high school camp is filling fast and the second one already has registrations! So don’t wait!]
If you sign up by 3/30/10 your cost will only be $400 – this includes your room, board @ Northern Arizona University, all handouts, workouts, mental game assessments, and so much more; by the way the fun is your bonus!
The regular price starting 4/1/10 for the camp is $435 (same as last year) and late registration (after 5/1) will be $450.
[To maintain the quality of the camp, I am limiting participants to each camp. I am already receiving registrations so do not delay registering!]
If you do not stay in the dorms with us and commute – your camp cost is only $285.
The adult running camp is scheduled to accommodate a “long weekend” schedule. It will run from early Thursday through Sunday afternoon 7/22-25/2010. It will be packed with up to three workouts per day (NOT all are running workouts), classroom sessions, individual assessments and of course great socializing and fun! Your investment in your running improvement and time away from the heat of summer is just $325 – that includes room and board instruction, handouts and fun.
[There are already a number of commitments to this camp! Sign up soon because NAU limits my space!]
If you have any questions of course, drop Coach Dean a line.
