Video — Cross-training and Multi-Sport for Runners

running-advice-bugIt’s been a few weeks since our fine show has come out. We’ve had some scheduling issues and technical problems, but here we have season 3, episode 19 for you. In this episode, Coaches Joe and Dean talk about the value of cross- training for runners, as well as the pain Coach Joe is feeling in his butt after sitting on the metal bench at Road Runner Sports for several hours.
