Video — Freak Out Workouts (Episode 3-28)

running-advice-bugWe’re back and this week we’re talking about something near and dear to Coach Joe’s heart. It’s what I call the “Freak Out Workout”. These are the workouts that strike fear into the hearts of runners. “Coach Dean’s Mile of Death”, the “1,500 time trial”, and the dreaded 30/30. Why are some of these workouts so hard? Are they really harder or is it just in our heads. Join us for the discussion.
